Introducing a Month of Monday Masterclasses: A Pack Led PetsApp Together Series. Starting from October our Customer Success team will be leading a month of Monday Masterclasses, curated especially for our PetsApp Together community. To gain access to these sessions simply join our private user group on Facebook.

Led by our CS pack of qualified veterinary professionals with decades of experience within pet health care.

Jessica May 🐴

Jessica Joined PetsApp in January 2023 and leads the CS team. Jessica is a veterinarian from the UK with interests in vet tech and business. She worked in equine practice for seven years, in the UK and Hong Kong, before becoming UK Lead Vet at FirstVet, a Swedish telemedicine start up, to develop their telemedicine service. She qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012 with a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science and a graduate degree in Veterinary Medicine.

Claire Cameron 🐾

Claire joined PetsApp as a Customer Success Manager in June 2023. She is also a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN), having qualified in 2008, and has extensive experience in both clinical and non-clinical roles across the veterinary industry. Prior to joining PetsApp, she worked as a Customer Success Manager at Plexi. Claire has a Cockapoo called Callie.

Ricky Sussams 🐠

Ricky joined PetsApp at the beginning in 2020. Ricky has over 10 year’s experience working in the veterinary industry; reception, business manager of multiple veterinary hospitals, a systems and rollout specialist where he was responsible for implementing various practice management systems into clinics. Married for 13 years wife is Jo, and has 2 children and 11 marine fish (reef tank). Nemo, dory and gurgle are the main characters in his tank. Ricky also loves theme parks, and playing computer games with the kids. He is without doubt a complete and utter gaming geek!

Jerica Tarquinio 🌞

Jerica joined PetsApp as an SDR in 2022 before progressing to CSM in September 2022. Prior to PetsApp, she was a veterinary technician in the US for over 5 years, who then became a shift lead at the hospital she was at. She started at PetsApp as an SDR before moving into CS. She chose the CS route because she felt the connection with the veterinary team was most important to her and to help them do better as a whole. Jerica have a doodle named Dakota that she rescued and take everywhere with her currently. Currently residing in Sunny California!
