Dr. Robert F. Barkley is a 1974 gradute of Texas A&M Univeristy College of Veterinary Medicine, situated in College Station, Texas. Upon graduation he started practicing veterinary medicine in Odessa, Texas, where he treated tiny animals for 7 years before building a clinic in Waco, Texas, where he has enjoyed practicing in the same location for over twenty five years.
