Veterinary Care Unlimited was established in early 1990 by its founders, Dr. Theresa Paoloni and Ria Puma. Starting from a 3 family house on Rockaway Blvd, Vet Care turned from a distant dream to a reality. The doctor and owner Dr. Theresa Paoloni along with long time friend and newly appointed Hospital Administrator Ria Puma set one common aim for the newly formed hospital.
