RICSNC is an affiliate of the Ocean State Animal Coalition. The Rhode Island Community Spay/Neuter Clinic is committed to ending companion animal and feral cat overpopulation by providing high quality, subsidized spay and neuter services.We use only the highest standards to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet during his or her stay with us. Our dedicated staff shares many years' combined experience in high-quality private practice (including ownership and management) as well as shelter medicine, animal welfare and feral cat rescue/TNR.Our vision is to end the need to euthanize healthy, adoptable dogs and cats by reducing the number of dogs and cats that enter the State’s shelters. It is our belief that through prevention (spay and neuter) and public education, we can save lives.
