Founded in 1979, Forney Animal Hospitalhas provided veterinary services to theForney Community for over 30 years. Sincethe partnership of Lucille Nix, DVM andJeffery Pruitt, DVM gained ownership in2007, Forney Animal Hospital has strived forexcellence in the service of veterinarymedicine. Dr. Nix also stays active in theForney Community, allowing studentvolunteers to observe the practice. She is amember of the Animal Shelter Communityand was happy to host the Pet Palooza in2011. Dr. Nix is a member of the Chamber ofCommerce and supports the communitywith property taxes. As the City of Forneyhas grown and prospered, Forney AnimalHospital has grown as well, allowing thepractice to accommodate patients in a moretimely manner.
