Old Waterloo Equine Clinic OWEC is located in central Fauquier County, Virginia. The clinic has offered veterinary care for horses in the towns of Warrenton, Middleburg, Culpeper, and The Plains, including the surrounding counties of Culpeper, Rappahannock, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford and Clarke for twenty five years. The clinic houses an examination room, surgery suite, and a laboratory.
