Formerly Emergency Veterinary Care South (EVCS), Premier Veterinary Group acquired EVCS in 2012. By summer 2013, we expanded to offer 24-hour emergency 365 days a year. Soon after, we added the specialties of advanced surgery and internal medicine by referral from your family veterinarian.We are a thoughtful, dedicated group of individuals with a profound desire to share our gifts of healing and understanding with companion pets and their families. With the addition of our third practice in Crestwood, Illinois, we now care for pets and handle animal emergencies throughout the Chicagoland area, including the far North suburbs (Grayslake) and the City of Chicago at the corner of Belmont and Pulaski.
