Elmview Veterinary Clinic was set up in 1975 by Dr. James B. Brenneman. Originally, Dr. Brenneman practiced traditional veterinary medicine, however, he found limitations. Some pets did well, while others did not. He started to practice laser surgery and noticed many advantages.
