The UF Large Animal Hospital treats equine and large animal patients from Florida including Gainesville, Ocala, and all over the United States. We work as a referral hospital but clients are available to bring their animals in for emergencies or scheduled appointments. We will work with your primary care veterinarian to provide the best possible care for your animals.Our services include equine lameness, large animal surgery, ophthalmology, emergency colic care, neonatal and foal care, reproduction, poor performance, internal medicine, dermatology and oncology.
