Session Summary
There's a hiring crunch across the United States and beyond - it's all anyone in veterinary seems to be talking about right now. Practice managers and clinic directors are struggling to source - and in some cases, even retain - veterinary talent leaving teams overstretched, overworked and headed for catastrophe.
Dr Andrew Moffat wants to explore how effective mentoring in the veterinary profession can be one cog in the machine to combat this growing problem, and how we can build a more sustainable future for young veterinarians for the benefit of our workforce and our patients.
